- Important Dates
- Opening date of Himachal Pradesh e-PASS Scholarship for Student or Institute registration of the year 2024 is 1st July 2024
- Last date of registration or submission of online scholarship application Students who are studying outside the state is 2017
- Last Date of online verification of applications form by the Institutes is 5th November 2017
- Last Date of online verification of applications by the DDHEs is 15th December 2017
- Last Date of submission of the hard copy by the DDHEs is 20th December 2017
Eligibility Criteria for HP Scholarship
Himachal Pradesh (HP) bonafide students studying in our state or outside the state within India who have valid AADHAAR Card (UID / EID) Credentials and students who fulfill the scheme guidelines are eligible to apply the scholarships schemes.
Eligible Students for ePass- H.P. bonafide students, Class IX onwards 9th Class, 10th Class, Intermediate students, Under Graduate students or Post Graduate
- How to Apply HP Epass Scholarship Online
- Visit the Official Website www.hpepass.cgg.gov.in
- Click Apply Online
- Click on Registration / Login Page
- First time users have to click on “Register”
- Enter the details (such as AADHAAR number, Name, Address, DOB, Father Name, Mother Name, Mobile No and eMailaddress)
- Mobile No and eMailaddress is mandatory Password would be sent via SMS or Email
- After the successfully registration go to Login Page and enter the details
- After successfully Login fill the details in the following order:
- Primary Details, Candidate Details, Present Institution Details, Contact Details, Bank Details and Certificates Details
- After filling the form take a printout and submit the hard copy of application form along with the Scheme necessary Document to the Institution
- After submission of application form its automatically forwarded to Institute for verification procedure Student can check the status online on ePass Website can check the progress

- Click on Login Page enter the details
- Enter 12 Digit Application Number
- And then Click on Get Status Button
- Your Status will be displayed on your computer Screen
