National Council for Science and Technology Communication – NCSTC Scholarship 2024 NCSTC Scholarship 2024 Rajat Jayanti Vigyan Sancharak Fellowships 2024 Applications are invited for twenty Rajat Jayanti Vigyan Sancharak Fellowships instituted by National Council for Science and Technology Communication, Department of Science and Technology.
NCSTC fellowship recognizes Science Communicators with uniformly brilliant academic record and supports innovative work in selected scientific institutions / universities / S & T based voluntary organizations under the guidance of a senior science communicator. These are full time fellowships and cannot be taken up with any other assignment.
NCST DST RJVSF fellowships are meant to communicate science among various target groups only and not for taking up basic research.
NCSTC DST RJVSF Eligibility 2024 The candidates below 35 years on 31st December, 2024 ( relaxable by 5 years for women candidates ) possess a graduation or higher degree in Science, Engineering, Medical Science, Agriculture, Information Technology, Mass Communication, etc from a recognized university.
NCSTC DST Fellowship 2024 The duration of the NCSTC fellowship will be for one year and will comprise a stipend of Rupee 12,000/- per month ( Rupee 16,000/- in case of a PhD holders ), an annual contingency of Rupee 30,000/- and travel grant of Rupee 15,000/-. Mentors will receive an honorarium of Rupee 20,000/- in a year.
